You will only get access to the full set of drawings after purchasing a particular house plan. However, you can view ALL floor plans of any design on our website if you become a premium member. The premium account will also give you access to view the construction cost estimates for all the house plans on our website. In fact, we highly recommend all our clients get a premium account first before purchasing any plans. This way you will be able to understand the layout of each design better and that way also be able to compare the plans when making the choice of the right one for your needs. Our team is working hard to create more images for existing designs and upcoming new designs. If you see a plan that you really like and you would need to have extra images do not hesitate to reach out to us and we will advise on any extra fees if it would require our team to create extra images for your selected design.

Below the pictures and the description of each of our house plans you will find a list of all the drawings that will be sent to your email once you complete the payment for the respective plan. If you are not sure where to find the drawings list, please get in touch with our customer support team here and ask for the drawings list for the specific house plan you are interested in. Remember that they will need the ID number of the house plan to assist you quickly :) We also recommend that you contact your builder/contractor as well as the local building authority in case you have doubts about which drawings are required for the construction of your home. If it happens that the house plan you like does not have all the drawings you need, you can always order the missing ones from us at an additional fee. Finally, we always advise that you get a Gura Plan Premium Account on our website first so you will be able to view the floor plans before purchasing the full set of drawings.

Once you purchase a house plan from GuraPlan you will receive the full set of drawings via email in PDF and DWG format. PDF is a standard format for many types of documents including drawings that can be printed without loss in quality. The files can be viewed on any computer or smartphone but the files cannot be edited. DWG is a standard format used by many different types of computer design software such as AutoCAD. The files can be edited and changes can be made easily to the plans by anyone who knows how to use such software. When you purchase a plan we include both the PDF and DWG files for your convenience in case you want to make small adjustments on your own. Yeah, and also because we're really nice people :-)

Every county has different submission requirements and they may vary significantly. Our house plans offer detailed information that is sufficient for a Building Contractor / Construction Company to understand and build based on the construction drawings. Prior to the application of building permits, we advise that you get in touch with your local authorities to verify what will be needed for submission in order to get your building permit. If any additional drawings are required we are happy to assist you with making those at an additional fee.

All house plans on our website have detailed descriptions of the size of the building right below the pictures of the house plans. If you are unsure whether the house plan can fit on your plot or not then please do not hesitate to get in touch with our customer support team here and ask for their guidance. Remember that they will need to know the ID number of the house plan you are interested in as well as the exact dimensions of your plot :)

Structural drawings are those drawings that show steel reinforcements and other boring stuff that the builder/contractor has to consider when building your house. Not all house plans have these drawings but not all house plans need these drawings either. If it happens that the house plan you like needs but does not have Structural drawings you can order them from us at an additional fee. Please contact our customer support team here if you need any assistance on this matter.

Only some of our house plans come with bills of quantities (BOQs), which is the list of all the materials needed to be able to construct the house. In the 'Drawings List' for each house plan, you will be able to see what you get when you purchase the house plan and whether BOQs are included or not. If you are not sure where to find the drawings list, please get in touch with our customer support team here and ask if the specific house plan you are interested in comes with BOQs or not. Remember that they will need the ID number of the house plan to assist you quickly :) If it happens that the house plan you like does not have BOQs you can order them from us at an additional fee. We can make changes to any of our house plans based on your needs. The additional cost for such changes will depend on the complexity of the changes and whether we have to fully engage several people to work on your changes. Please get in touch with our customer support team here if you need changes made to a house plan. If you let them know the ID number of the house plan you are interested in and list down the changes you need then they will quickly be able to calculate a quote for you.

We also offer the service of making custom-designed house plans based on your exact needs and requirements. Each project comes with unique requirements and our rates are therefore very flexible depending on the complexity of the project. The prices for the ready-made house plans on our website are different from the prices of custom designs. This is because it takes much longer to make a custom design as it will be made from scratch to your exact specifications, and it involves many people such as architects, draftsmen, engineers, and 3D visual artists. Thus, the prices of ready-made house plans and custom-designed house plans can not be compared. But keep in mind that as the construction costs are quite high it is always advisable to design a plan that suits your exact needs and you will end up saving more this way :)

Modifications to designs & custom designs Before working on your custom design or modifying your plan of choice from maramani.com, we will tell you the expected time to complete work on your project, list all the drawings that we will deliver, and finally our payment terms.

We fully understand your concerns about dealing with an online company. To give you some assurance you can review our Trustpilot page and social media pages. A fraudulent company would also not exist as long as we have. Alternatively, we are happy to deal through an escrow service of your choice (a third party that holds payments until service is delivered).
